Always works for us, Well, I don't know exactly what problems the other reviewer encountered, so I can't speak to that. We've had our BuddyPack for a couple years, and don't use it terribly often, but have used it (and skype) numerous times to speak to family overseas, and have not had any issues. The picture is clear, the instant photo is a really nice feature, the sound is good, the wireless signal is strong, even if you're several rooms away. Frankly, I wish more of my family had FreeTalk/skype.
Good while it lasted, (What's this?) This product started out just great then one day it just stops working. I do not recommend for anyone who wants to use it for an extended period of time.
